FPL 2026/27 player prices: predictions and confirmed reveals
Every confirmed FPL 2026/27 price reveal so far, how our model predicted the launch prices, and what the new price landscape means for your Gameweek 1 squad.
Price-reveal week is here. Fantasy Premier League has started drip-feeding 2026/27 prices on its social channels — the traditional sign that the game itself is days from launch — and the early reveals are big ones.
Before any of them dropped, we published a predicted launch price for every player in the pool. This page tracks how those calls are holding up, and what the confirmed prices mean for the squads you're already sketching.
The reveals so far
Three headline prices are out at the time of writing:

Two things stand out. First, the game is pricing aggressively at the top: Haaland at £15.5m is the most expensive player in FPL history, and Bruno Fernandes jumps a full £3.0m on last season. Second, the defensive-contribution era has arrived in pricing — Gabriel at £8.0m tells you FPL now rates elite defenders like attackers.
What we predicted for the rest

If the Haaland and Gabriel reveals are a guide, FPL is pricing slightly above the historical pattern this season — so treat our numbers as a floor rather than a ceiling for the very biggest names.
How the predictions are made
Launch prices aren't random. Year on year, FPL prices track a player's previous-season output, his ownership appeal, transfers between clubs and position changes in reasonably consistent ways. Our predictions apply that pattern to last season's numbers for the whole pool — which is why an exact hit on Bruno Fernandes and a near-miss on a record-breaker like Haaland is roughly the spread you should expect.
Where a price is still a prediction, the player pool marks it as such. As official reveals land, confirmed prices replace predicted ones.
What it means for your GW1 squad
- Budget maths starts now. If Haaland is £15.5m and the elite defenders cost £7.5m–£8.0m, a Haaland-plus-premium-defence structure eats over a quarter of your £100m before you've picked a midfield. Sketch both a with-Haaland and a without-Haaland draft.
- Predicted prices make planning real. You don't need to wait for launch day — the planner is free, works without an account, and uses the predicted prices so your draft's budget will be close to right when the game opens.
- Watch the risers for value traps. Big price rises (Bruno +£3.0m, Gabriel +£2.0m) are the game taxing last season's points. The value picks this season will be the players priced on a quiet season who've changed role or club — the budget enablers guide covers how to spot them.
- Re-check your draft after launch. A handful of reveals will land £0.5m off any prediction, ours included. When the game goes live, prices in the pool and planner update to the official ones — rebuild your draft once against the real numbers before the first deadline panic.
