Who you bought from

Subscriptions bought on beatfpl.com are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for those purchases, so refunds are processed by Paddle under Paddle's refund policy, which reviews each request on its merits.

Try before you pay

The yearly plan begins with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and no payment is taken at all — this is the simplest way to decide whether Beat FPL is worth it, and it avoids the question of refunds entirely.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Part-used periods are not pro-rated.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the EU/EEA, including Norway, have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Because Beat FPL Premium is digital content made available immediately, that right ends once access begins — you consent to immediate performance when you start a paid period or a trial. This does not affect rights you have if the service is faulty or not as described.

Bought in the iOS app?

We cannot refund App Store purchases; only Apple can. Request those through your Apple account or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Asking for a refund

Contact Paddle using the link in your receipt email, or write to us at support@beatfpl.com with the email address you bought with and the order number from your receipt, and we will take it up with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
