Terms of use

1. The service
Beat FPL is operated by Sunbranch AS. It is an independent planning and analysis tool for Fantasy Premier League. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Premier League Fantasy, or any club.
2. Accounts
Planning works without an account. You need one to save drafts, connect your squad or hold a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to redistribute our data in bulk.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions bought on this website are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, the receipt and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your statement.
- Plans renew automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose — at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
- You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-used periods.
- If you subscribed inside the Beat FPL iOS app instead, Apple is the seller and your subscription is managed in your Apple account.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA, including Norway, normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Beat FPL Premium is digital content that is made available immediately. By starting a paid period or a trial you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once access begins. See our refund policy for how refunds are handled in practice.
5. What the projections are
Expected points, expected minutes and every other projection on this site are statistical estimates. They are opinions about likely outcomes, not predictions of fact, and football routinely defies them. Nothing here is betting or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any result in your mini-league or overall rank.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service for your own team planning. Do not scrape it, resell it, or republish our projections as your own. We rate-limit and block automated access that degrades the service for other people.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep Beat FPL available and accurate, but it is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about your Fantasy Premier League team. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Questions: support@beatfpl.com. See also our privacy notice.
