Privacy notice

Sunbranch AS is the data controller for Beat FPL. This notice explains what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Account — your email address and authentication details, when you create an account. You can browse and plan without one.
- Your planning data — saved squad drafts, plan names, minutes overrides and, if you connect it, your FPL team id and imported squad.
- Subscription — which plan you hold and whether it is active. Card details are never sent to us; they go directly to our payment provider.
- Usage — aggregate page analytics, and — only if you accept the analytics banner — which features you use: pages viewed, plans saved, squads imported, whether you opened the transfer suggester. Never the contents of your squad, and never your team id. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Why we hold it
To provide the service you asked for (your account and saved plans), to take payment and give you the access you paid for, and to keep the site working and secure. Where you have an account, our basis is performance of a contract with you; for security and basic aggregate analytics, our legitimate interest in running a functioning service; and for the product analytics described below, your consent, which you can decline or withdraw.
Who processes it
- Supabase — authentication and database. Our data is hosted in the EU.
- Vercel — website hosting and aggregate page analytics.
- PostHog — product analytics, hosted in the EU, shared with the Beat FPL iOS app so one subscription is one person. It runs only after you accept the analytics banner, and it receives your account identifier plus the usage events described above. Decline and nothing is sent.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") — payments. Paddle is the merchant of record and the controller of the payment data it collects; see Paddle's own privacy notice.
- RevenueCat — subscription state across the website and the iOS app. It receives an account identifier and your subscription status.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and planning data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and it goes with it, except records we must keep for accounting and tax — those sit with Paddle as the seller.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, deletion of it, or export of it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@beatfpl.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.
